Swedish Massage

Is the classic massage found in most spas today. Your therapist gently manipulates your tired, sore muscles with oils to improve circulation and relieve tension. This is a great massage for relaxing and easing the mind, body and soul.

Deep Tissue

Is a deeper more intense massage where your therapist uses various types of strokes to reach the deeper levels of connective tissue and muscles to alleviate toxins, scar tissue and tension in the various muscles groups. Our expert therapist will work with you in achieving balance without pain. This massage is not intended for the first-timer to massage.

Aromatherapy

Light to medium pressure is applied, often combining Swedish techniques, with therapeutic oils. This massage relieves stress and tension while enveloping the client with the smells of exotic oils to create a sense of well being and balance.

Pregnancy

Specially designed for relaxation and to give relief to expectant mothers.

Hot Stone

This massage incorporates the use of Basalt River Stones that are smooth, rounded and heated for the ut-most relaxation experience.

Refresher Massage

Concentrates on the three most common areas of tension and pain. Head, neck and Back.

• Tell you therapist about any areas that are sore, tense or injured. During the massage, close your eyes and allow yourself to relax as completely as possible. Focus your attention on breathing slowly and deeply.
• Tell your therapist if you have any infectious diseases such as a cold, flu or skin rashes. Deeper massage can increase your health risk and add to the discomfort brought about by these ailments.

Facials

Facials can consist of a variety or combination of the following: a deep cleansing treatment to tone and exfoliate the skin; steam; extraction; facial massage; neck and shoulder massage; moisture treatments. There are so many varieties of facials, so our expert Estheticians will take the time to consult with you on your skin type and pick the perfect products that suits skin needs. We also offer great add-ons like eye and lip treatments!

Gentleman’s Facial

Specifically formulated for the needs of a man’s skin, this deep cleansing, therapeutic, relaxing treatment leaves your skin toned and revived.

Teen Facial

Cleansing, purifying, glow-enhancing treatment for ages 16 and under. This beauty facial will cleans away blemishes, blackhead and enhance your skin’s glow. Our Esthetician’s will also teach and recommend the proper products for home care.

Other Spa Services

Wraps

The body is wrapped in a purifying element such as mud, seaweed or pretreated herbal towels to draw out the impurities, relax muscles and detoxify the skin. Steam and moisturizers also are applied during this treatment.

Salt Glows

Sea salt crystals and selected oils are used to exfoliate the skin, then showered off and followed by a moisturizing treatment. Great for sloughing off that winter skin or getting you ready for the cruise!

Ear Coning (Candling)

Is a very relaxing, non-invasive way to release pressure and build up from the ears. It creates a sense of balance with the body. For optimum results, it is suggested to do 3 treatments.
